Eagan is home base. We also work across the south and east metro: Burnsville, Apple Valley, Lakeville, Rosemount, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, West St. Paul and South St. Paul in Dakota County; Savage, Prior Lake and Shakopee in Scott County; Bloomington, Richfield and Edina across the river; and Woodbury, Cottage Grove and Saint Paul to the north and east. Each city sets its own driveway rules. Bloomington requires a permit even for an overlay, Prior Lake and Shakopee spell out minimum asphalt depths, and Eagan caps approach widths.
